Introduction

A Labour Court is a governmental judiciary body which rules on labor or employment-related matters and disputes. This Labour Court provides a comprehensive service for the resolution of disputes concerning industrial relations and employments rights.
There are five Labour Courts working in Khyber Pakhtnkhwa i-e:
1) Labour Court Peshawar
2) Labour Court Mardan
3) Labour Court D.I.Khan
4) Labour Court Haripur
5) Labour Court Swat
